- Candidate Signature in JPEG Format: Size: 04 KB to 30 KB

- Category Certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS) in PDF format: Size: 50 KB to 300 KB (If OBC or EWS candidates don’t have caste certificate as of now they can upload declaration form available in brochure)
- Person with Disability Certificate in PDF format: Size: 50 KB to 300 KB
